Regular Cleaning
Book a weekly or fortnightly clean once and it carries on without you lifting a finger to arrange it. We keep you with the same cleaner wherever the roster allows, so they get to know your home and you stop repeating yourself. For most Tauranga households it's the quiet workhorse: the place stays sorted between work, the beach and everything else. Weekly works out a little cheaper per visit than fortnightly.
Deep Cleaning
A deep clean digs into what a regular tidy skips: the inside of the oven and range hood, grout and tile, skirtings, door tops, and behind what can be shifted safely. Beach houses at the Mount and Pāpāmoa walk in sand and salt, and the older Ōtūmoetai homes hold their own detail, so it works as a between-seasons reset, a pre-guest tidy, or a once-a-year going-over.
End of Tenancy
Built to match the bond-back checklist Tauranga property managers inspect against, the move-out clean covers interior windows, the full oven and range hood, all cabinets and drawers, the fridge on request, and marks off walls where reasonable. If anything's picked up at handover, let us know inside 48 hours and we return to fix it free.
Window Cleaning
Glass cleaned inside and out, along with frames, sills and tracks, single or two-storey. Safe-access upper floors are done with pure-water poles, and ladders stay off anything sloped or fragile. Along the coast and around the Mount the sea air films glass fast, so it's a regular add-on here. Balcony panels and skylights are quoted as separate work.
Carpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction, the steam clean most people picture, lifts ground-in dirt and dust out of the pile so the carpet feels fresh. We pre-treat the usual stains and deodorise on request. The Bay's humidity slows drying and beach houses tend to walk sand deep into the pile, so we schedule the visit to get the room usable around the rest of your day.
