Deep Cleaning Hamilton
The reset your home has been waiting for.
Family life doesn't leave much time for grout and skirting boards. One visit from our team and the year's quiet build-up is gone, the whole house reset.

If it's inside the U, it meets our standard.
The U isn't just our logo. It's the line every Spruce clean has to clear before we'll call it done. On a Hamilton deep clean, that means a detailed, top-to-bottom finish against a defined checklist, applied the same way by trained teams, whether it's an older villa in Hamilton East or a near-new build out at Rototuna.
Detail-grade, not surface-level. A deep clean reaches the build-up most cleans skip: the grout, the tops of cupboards, the cornices and skirting, the corners, not just what a quick tidy catches.
The same checklist, every clean. No guesswork. Our teams follow the same room-by-room deep-clean checklist, so the result never depends on who turns up.
We bring the gear & products. Commercial-grade equipment and the right product for every surface arrive with the team, so you don't supply or prep a thing.
Trusted by homeowners, renters and property managers across Hamilton, from one-off seasonal resets to post-renovation deep cleans.
What's included in a Hamilton deep clean.
A deep clean, also called a spring clean, goes top to bottom and reaches what a regular clean can't: the grout and mould a damp Waikato winter leaves in the bathroom, the detailed trim on an older Hamilton East villa, the high cornices and deep skirting. Full checklist below. Here's the headline.
Spring clean? Same deep clean, better timing.
In Hamilton the timing matters. A damp Waikato winter with the windows shut leaves mould creeping into bathroom grout and window frames, and dust settling into the corners you've stopped noticing. A spring clean is just a deep clean with a season attached: a reset after a damp winter, a clear-out before the cold sets in, or the post-reno clean once the dust finally settles. We bring the gear and the checklist, do it in one go, and you walk back into a place that feels like someone's finally opened the windows.
Hamilton deep cleaning prices.
Deep cleaning is priced by the number of bedrooms, so you know it up front. Worth knowing for Hamilton's older streets: a first deep clean on a villa or bungalow that hasn't had one in years often sits a tier higher, simply because there's more built-up grime to shift. Add-ons like oven, carpet and windows are priced separately.
All prices exclude GST.
A proper deep clean is worth it, and easier to fit in the budget. Choose Afterpay at checkout and split your Hamilton deep clean into four interest-free payments, available on bookings up to $2,000.
No paperwork. No interest. No big hit to the budget in one go.
Add-ons for your deep clean.
The add-ons Hamilton customers reach for most. Tick them at booking and we'll handle the lot in the same visit: one team, one invoice, no chasing separate contractors.

How our Hamilton deep clean works.
Four stages, same order, every time. The same trained team works your home top to bottom, dry tasks before wet, room by room against the full deep-clean checklist, then a final walk-through so nothing's missed.
A fixed price in a minute, online or onsite.
Most people get a fixed deep-clean price straight away online. For bigger or more unusual jobs we'll sort an onsite quote first, and either way the number's locked in before the day.
- Pop in your details and a bit about your home, and your price shows in seconds.
- One of our trained deep-cleaning teams is assigned and confirmed for your booking.
- Anything beyond the standard clean, like full wall washing, gets flagged so you can add it before the day.
- For unusual jobs or homes not listed online, email or call us and we'll quote it onsite.
The work that happens before the scrubbing.
Pre-treatment lets the right products soak in and lift the grime while the team gets on with the dry jobs nearby. It's the difference between lifting build-up and battling it.
- Stained toilet bowls treated with a specialist cleaner so it can work while we move on.
- Tile and grout in the bathroom or kitchen pre-treated wherever it needs it.
- Booked the oven? It's sprayed early so the chemistry can break down the baked-on stuff.
- While all that's working, the team starts the dry clean up high and works down.
Top to bottom. Same order, every job.
Cleaning from the ceiling down is simply the smartest way through a home: gravity helps, and nothing clean gets dirtied again on the way. Every step's on the checklist.
- Cobwebs cleared from ceilings, corners and the eaves outside.
- Ceiling fans, air vents and light fittings dusted and wiped.
- Back to the pre-treated spots to check the products have done their job.
- Kitchen: tops of the cabinets first, then the splashback and benchtops degreased, then the lower cabinet fronts.
- Windows, frames and blinds (if booked) done while the ladders are already out.
- Walls spot-cleaned, and light switches, intercoms, power points and aircon units wiped.
- Doors and door frames wiped on both sides.
- Wardrobe doors, mirrors and door tracks cleaned.
- Bathrooms: tiles and grout, mirrors and vanities, with soap scum and hard-water marks cut back, then toilets, showers and baths scrubbed.
- Skirting boards wiped right through the home.
- Laundry and any built-in appliances (like the dryer) cleaned.
- Every floor vacuumed into the corners, and hard floors mopped by hand.
- Carpet steam clean (if booked) goes last, so no one walks across freshly cleaned carpet.
A final walk-through. Nothing missed, nothing hidden.
Before we close the door, the team walks the home against the full checklist. Anything we can't fully restore is photographed and reported, so there are no surprises.
- The whole checklist walked again, room by room, against what was booked.
- Any missed spots sorted before the team heads off.
- Anything that can't be fully brought back, like damaged grout or permanent stains, is photographed and flagged to you.
- Jobs that need specialist gear are booked ahead: house washing, pro carpet cleaning, exterior windows, deep grout work.
- Not completely happy? Tell us within 48 hours and we come back and put it right, at no extra charge.
Deep cleaning across Hamilton.
Hamilton is a spread-out, growing young-family city, and a deep clean flexes to suit whichever home is yours. Our trained teams work both banks of the Waikato, from the older streets of Hamilton East through the newer subdivisions ringing the edges, and the same room-by-room checklist travels to every one of them. Below is how a proper reset lands in the suburbs we're in most.
Areas we clean across Hamilton
Hillcrest and Hamilton East. This is where the older villas and bungalows sit, and where a deep clean earns its keep. Years of grime settle into the cornices, ceiling roses, deep skirting and tiled bathroom grout, so the first proper top-to-bottom reset is the one you actually notice. Plenty of these places are near the university and run as student flats, so they book us hard around the end-of-year changeover.
Chartwell and Fairfield. The steady brick-and-tile family-home middle of the city, mostly 1950s and 60s stock. Here a deep clean is usually about cutting back the kitchen and bathroom build-up a busy household leaves behind: baked-on cooktops, grouted showers and the skirting and door frames that fade into the background. It is the classic once-a-year detailed reset rather than a rescue job.
Rototuna and Flagstaff. Out north it is the newer single-storey subdivisions, big open-plan living areas and near-new builds on generous sections. The work here is either the post-build dust-down once a renovation or new home is finished, or the annual top-to-bottom that keeps a large modern home on top of itself. Less built-up history to shift, the same detail-grade finish.
Dinsdale and Nawton. West of the river you get a real mix, older family homes alongside newer infill, often on bigger spread-out sections. A deep clean here tends to reach the corners a weekly tidy has stopped catching: the tops of cupboards, the light fittings, the vents and the build-up in bathrooms that see a lot of traffic.
Glenview and along the river. The homes strung along the Waikato and the quieter southern suburbs feel a damp winter more than most, so bathroom mould, window frames and grout are where the deep clean does its heavy lifting. Whichever side of the river you are on, it is the same checklist and the same standard.
