Regular Cleaning
Set up a weekly or fortnightly slot once and it just runs, no re-booking, no re-briefing. You get the same cleaner wherever we can manage it, so they learn how your place works and you stop explaining it. It's the service most Hamilton households settle into: the house stays on top of itself between work, the school run and the weekend. Weekly costs a little less per visit than fortnightly.
Deep Cleaning
A deep clean goes after the build-up a regular visit leaves alone: inside the oven and range hood, grout and tile, skirtings, the tops of doors, and behind whatever moves safely. The older villas and student flats around Hamilton East collect plenty of it, so people book one as a reset, before guests arrive, at the end of a flat's tenancy, or just once a year to start fresh.
End of Tenancy

Window Cleaning
Glass inside and out, plus frames, sills and tracks, on single or two-storey homes. Upper floors get reached with pure-water poles where access is safe, and ladders stay off anything sloped or fragile. Worth it on the newer two-storey builds out at Rototuna and Flagstaff, where the high windows are a pain to reach. Balcony panels and skylights are quoted separately.
Carpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction, steam cleaning to most people, pulls embedded dirt and dust up out of the pile so the carpet feels like new again. We pre-treat common stains and deodorise if you want it. The Waikato's damp mornings can slow drying, so we time the visit to hand the room back ready to use around the rest of your day.
