Regular Cleaning
The regular visit is the one most Wellington homes settle into: weekly or fortnightly, booked once and running on its own from there. The same cleaner comes back each time wherever we can manage it, learns your steps and your quirks, and keeps the place ticking over so you never face a big catch-up. Pick weekly for a small saving per visit, or fortnightly if that suits the household better.
Deep Cleaning
This is the intensive one, the detail a weekly visit never gets to: oven and range hood interiors, grout and tile, skirtings, door tops, and behind anything that moves safely. Wellington's heritage villas hold a lot of that detail and the damp climate adds to it, so a deep clean tends to land before visitors, after a renovation, or as an annual reset on a place that's been ticking along.
End of Tenancy
The move-out clean is mapped to the bond-return standard Wellington property managers check against: interior windows, oven and range hood done in full, all cabinets and drawers, fridge on request, walls spot-cleaned where reasonable. Should anything get flagged at handover, you've got 48 hours to tell us and we'll come back and put it right at no cost.
Window Cleaning
Inside and out, the glass plus the frames, sills and tracks, on single or two-storey places. Pure-water poles take care of upper floors where it's safe to reach them, and ladders stay clear of anything sloped or fragile. It earns its keep in the southern and eastern bays, where the salt wind films the glass quickly, and on the tall hill villas where the top windows are otherwise out of reach. Balcony panels and skylights are priced as separate work.
Carpet Cleaning
What most people call steam cleaning is really hot-water extraction: it drives embedded grit and dust out of the pile and leaves the carpet feeling reset. Common stains get pre-treated, and deodorising is there if you want it. Wellington's damp winters stretch dry times, so we plan the visit to get the room back in use without holding up your day.
