Regular cleaning prices.
Regular cleaning is priced per visit, based on the number of bedrooms in your home, from a one-bedroom Te Aro apartment to a five-bedroom Khandallah family home, with a discount for weekly bookings vs fortnightly. Add-ons (oven, carpet, windows, etc.) are priced individually so you only pay for what you need.
All prices exclude GST. Weekly cleans get a discount over fortnightly; hourly rates on request.

A regular clean keeps your home consistently tidy: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, hallways, all to the same checklist every time. We work top to bottom so nothing clean gets dirtied again on the way.
- Cobwebs cleared, surfaces dusted throughout.
- Kitchen: all surfaces wiped, sink and taps polished, splashback and cooktop cleaned, outside of appliances and cabinets, bins emptied.
- Bathrooms: toilets scrubbed, showers and bathtubs cleaned, taps polished, sinks wiped, mirrors streak-free, cabinet fronts wiped.
- Bedrooms and living areas: beds made and linen changed (if requested), outside of drawers wiped, shelves and wardrobe interiors handled.
- Hallways and staircases cleaned through.
- All floors vacuumed into the corners, hard floors mopped by hand.
- Any add-ons booked, oven, fridge, windows, blinds, handled in the same visit.

Areas we clean across Wellington
Te Aro and the waterfront. The compact apartments through Te Aro, Cuba Street and along the waterfront never have far to fall behind, but a small space shows every crumb and the humidity keeps bathrooms working. A weekly visit does floors, kitchen and bathroom while you're at the office, and the tight street parking is our problem to solve, not yours.
Thorndon, Mount Victoria and Kelburn. These are the character streets: older villas and townhouses with timber floors, sash windows and skirtings that carry more dust and more detail than a new build. A regular clean is what stops that detail turning into a weekend project, and keeps the damp-prone corners and window frames from getting away on you.
Karori and Brooklyn. Family homes up the western hills, often with a few kids, a dog and a steep driveway between us and the front door. Most here run fortnightly: a full reset that lands the house back at baseline every second week, floors through to bathrooms, so the weekend is actually a weekend.
Newtown, Island Bay and the eastern bays. A real mix down south and out east through Miramar and Kilbirnie: busy flats, first homes and family places, plenty of them close to the coast where salt air and damp are a constant.
