A little about New Lynn.
New Lynn sits in the heart of West Auckland, just southeast of Henderson, built around its town centre and train station. It has one of the most mixed housing stories in the west: a wave of new apartments and terraced townhouses around the transport hub and LynnMall, alongside the post-war family homes and bungalows that fill the streets around them. It has long been a working suburb, with a strong industrial past in bricks and pottery, and it is now one of the busiest transport centres in the city.
