Regular Cleaning
The visit that keeps a busy Auckland household on top of itself: weekly or fortnightly, set up once and it runs automatically. We send the same cleaner whenever we can, so they learn your place and you stop re-explaining it. Weekly slots get a small discount on fortnightly, and both run the same checklist as a one-off.
Deep Cleaning
The detail clean for everything a regular visit doesn't reach: oven and range hood interiors, grout and tile, skirtings, door tops, and behind what can be safely moved. Auckland's older villas and bungalows hold a lot of that detail, and the city's damp doesn't help, so a deep clean is the reset before guests, after a renovation, or once a year.
End of Tenancy
A move-out clean built to the standard Auckland property managers inspect against: interior windows, full oven and range hood, all cabinets and drawers, fridge on request, marks off walls where reasonable. If anything's flagged at handover within 48 hours, we're back to put it right.
Window Cleaning
Glass, frames, sills and tracks, inside and out, single or two-storey. Pure-water poles handle safe-access upper floors, and ladders stay off anything sloped or fragile. Especially handy in the coastal eastern bays, where sea air films the glass fast. Apartment exterior glass, balcony panels and skylights are quoted as separate work.
Carpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction, what most people call steam cleaning, lifting embedded dirt and dust out of the pile so the carpet feels reset. Pre-treatment for common stains and deodorising on request. Auckland's humidity can stretch dry times, so we plan the visit to get the carpet back in use around the rest of your day.
