A local team for local homes.
Most of what we clean in the city centre is apartments. We cover the towers around the Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter, the mid-rise blocks along Hobson and Nelson Street, and the older buildings converted into apartments off Queen Street and High Street. One bedroom or three, ground floor or thirtieth, it is the same trained team and the same checklist every time.
Whether it is a one-off clean before guests arrive, a regular weekly visit, or a full end-of-tenancy on the way out, you are working with the same trained Spruce cleaners every time. Same person, same checklist, same standard.
Cleaning services in Auckland CBD.
Six core cleaning services for city-centre homes, from a one-off reset before guests arrive to a weekly visit that keeps a busy apartment in order. Every booking comes with a trained local Spruce team, a documented room-by-room checklist, and a 48-hour re-clean guarantee. Pick the service that fits, get a fixed price online in about a minute, and pay after the clean is done.
House Cleaning
One-off or recurring cleans for any Auckland CBD apartment or home, priced by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The standard package covers kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, doors and skirting, with extras like oven, fridge, windows or carpets added at checkout.
Regular Cleaning
Weekly or fortnightly upkeep for city-centre households, with the same Spruce cleaner each visit so they learn your apartment, your preferences, and the things you would rather not be asked about every fortnight. Weekly bookings get a small discount versus fortnightly.
Deep Cleaning
The clean for when 'tidy' isn't enough — we work through the kitchen and bathrooms in detail and chase down the build-up that gathers out of sight: extractor fans, skirting, door tops, switches and the corners that get skipped. A solid pre-move-in or spring option.
End of Tenancy
An end-of-tenancy clean mapped to the bond inspection — inside drawers and cabinets, with wall marks removed where they'll come off. Oven, range hood, blinds and interior windows can be added on. Anything the property manager picks up gets a free re-clean inside 48 hours.
Carpet Cleaning
A proper carpet clean: hot-water extraction to draw the embedded grit and grime up out of the fibres, with the usual stains pre-treated beforehand and a fast dry-down after. Add deodorising if you'd like it. Charged by the room, and stairs, hallways and loose rugs are quoted separately.
Window Cleaning
Both sides of the glass, plus the frames, sills and tracks that tend to get left, all worked to a set route so no pane slips through. Upper-storey windows are reached with pure-water poles wherever access is safe, and balcony glass, balustrades and anything at an awkward height are quoted per property.
A simple, repeatable standard.
The four things every Auckland CBD customer can count on, every clean, every visit.
Trained cleaners
Every Spruce cleaner is trained against our U standard before they ever set foot in your home — and re-checked as they go.
Defined checklist
Every clean works to a documented room-by-room checklist. No mystery about what gets done — and no rooms forgotten.
48-hour guarantee
If anything's not right, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it. No fuss, and no second invoice.

City apartments

Student rentals
Flats near the University of Auckland and AUT, with plenty of end-of-tenancy cleans at the start and end of semester.
Busy professionals
Weekly and fortnightly cleans for people working long city hours who would rather come home to a sorted apartment.
Move-out cleans
Move-out cleans for tenants handing back the keys, run to a checklist that satisfies the landlord's inspection.
Pre-sale cleans
Full cleans before the photographer and the first open home, timed around your agent's calendar.
After-renovation cleans
Builder's cleans once the renovation's done — we clear the construction dust, plaster film and packaging so you can move back in.
We also cover the neighbours.
Our city-centre cleaners cover the inner suburbs around the CBD too. If you are close in, we are probably already working your building or your street most weeks.
A little about Auckland CBD.
Auckland CBD is the city's commercial and cultural core, wrapped around the Waitematā Harbour at the bottom of Queen Street. It is one of the most densely populated parts of the country, and the housing reflects that: high-rise apartment towers around the Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter, mid-rise blocks along Hobson, Nelson and Albert Street, heritage buildings converted into apartments off High Street and Fort Street, and a steady supply of student accommodation near the universities. Standalone houses are rare here. Most homes are apartments, and most cleaning happens a few floors up.
The University of Auckland and AUT anchor the eastern edge, the Sky Tower and Aotea Square mark the middle, and Britomart and the Viaduct hold the waterfront end. Queen Street runs the spine, with Karangahape Road along the southern ridge and Albert Park a green break in the middle of it all. Cleaning apartments in the city has its own rhythm, and our team already knows it: booking the service lift, finding the loading zone, and working around building intercoms and the one-way streets off Queen Street.
