What affects the price of a clean

Every home is different, so we price each clean on what it actually takes, never a vague hourly guess. A few things move the number, and you'll see all of them reflected in your instant quote.
The biggest factor is the size of your home: the number of bedrooms and bathrooms sets the baseline. After that it's the type of clean, where a regular tidy-up costs less than a deep clean or an end-of-tenancy, which involve far more detail.
Condition matters too: a home that hasn't been cleaned in a while takes longer than one kept on a regular schedule. Anything extra, like interior windows, inside the oven or carpet steam-cleaning, is simply added on, so you only ever pay for what you need.
Booking a recurring clean brings the per-visit price down. Whatever the mix, you'll see the exact figure before you confirm, no walk-throughs and no quote that changes on the day.
