  • Ovens (when booked) sprayed and left for the chemistry to break down baked-on residue.

Working from ceiling to floor is the most efficient way to clean a property — gravity is on our side and nothing gets re-dirtied later. Every step is on the checklist.

  • Cobwebs removed from ceilings, corners and exterior eaves.
  • Ceiling fans, air vents and light fittings dusted and wiped.
  • Return to pre-treated areas — confirm the chemistry has done its job.
  • Kitchen: tops of cabinets first, then splashback and benchtops degreased, then bottom cabinets and inside.
  • Windows, frames and blinds (if booked) handled while ladders are out.
  • Walls spot-cleaned; light switches, intercoms, power sockets and aircon units wiped.
  • Doors and door frames wiped on both sides.
  • Wardrobes: inside and out, mirrors, and door tracks.
  • Bathrooms: tiles and grout, mirrors and vanities; soap scum and hard-water marks cut back; then toilets, showers and bathtubs scrubbed.
  • Skirting boards wiped throughout the property.
  • Laundry and any inbuilt appliances (e.g. dryer) cleaned.
  • All floors vacuumed (corners included) and hard floors mopped by hand.
  • Carpet steam clean (if booked) is the final step — so nothing walks across freshly cleaned carpet.
