- Doors, frames, light switches and power points wiped, and cobwebs cleared.
- Every floor vacuumed into the corners and hard floors mopped by hand.
- Bins emptied, beds made on request, and the home left tidy.

Regular Cleaning
An ongoing weekly or fortnightly visit, set up once and run automatically. Same cleaner each time wherever possible, so they learn your home's quirks and you stop having to re-explain things. Weekly cleans get a small discount versus fortnightly; both run on the same checklist as a one-off.
Deep Cleaning
Everything in a regular clean plus the detail work: oven and range hood interiors, grout and tile work, skirtings, door tops, and behind or under whatever can be safely moved. Useful after a busy stretch, before guests arrive, or as an annual reset to bring the home back to its baseline.
End of Tenancy
A move-out clean scoped to the standard property managers inspect against: interior windows, full oven and range hood, all cabinets and drawers, fridge if requested, marks off walls where reasonable. Includes a free re-clean within 48 hours if anything's flagged at handover.
Window Cleaning
Glass, frames, sills and tracks, single-storey or two-storey, inside and out. Pure-water poles for safe-access upper floors; ladders avoided on anything sloped or fragile. Balcony glass, skylights and unusual heights quoted as separate work.
Carpet Cleaning
Hot-water extraction, the method most people call steam cleaning, pulling embedded dirt and dust out of the pile so the carpet looks and feels reset. Pre-treatment for common stains, deodorising on request, and dry times that work around the rest of your day.

House cleaning, deep cleaning and end-of-tenancy (move-out) prices are all set by the size of your home, so you know the number before you book. Add-ons like oven, carpet and windows are priced separately, and if a package doesn't fit, we offer hourly rates too.
