A little about Kingsland.
Kingsland sits on a ridge just west of Mt Eden, bordered by Eden Terrace, Morningside and Western Springs, with Eden Park right on its doorstep. It is a small, lively suburb best known for its village strip and the stadium, with a tight run of restored Victorian villas and cottages on the surrounding streets, plus newer townhouses and apartments near the centre.
